ONline Booking System
ProVax is proud to offer its online booking and scheduling service, developed by our own staff and used by over 94,000 people to date.
To launch your immunisation or health assessment program, simply e-mail an easy-to-remember URL to your organisation, or post it on the company intranet.
After being invited to review information about the service on offer, interested staff can choose a convenient time for their immunisation or health assessment and download and complete a consent card.
Automatically generated reminder e-mails will be sent one week and one day prior to the appointment.
Should a clash with an urgent meeting occur, staff can remove their booking or choose a more convenient available time - all online.
Staff without internet access can book over the phone by calling a dedicated 1300 number.
Your personalised administration portal
ProVax offers a suite of tools to help make administering your vaccination program painless (well, almost!).
As a client, your entry point into the booking system is ProVax’s Client Portal. Your organisation’s designated program administrator will be able to:
- View and print booking lists for every scheduled session
- Add, remove or alter any booking
- Download posters, brochures, consent cards and other materials
At the conclusion of your program, detailed reports and invoices are available to download, and payment can be made using our secure internet banking service.
ProVax offers qualified telephone technical support during normal business hours (EST).
